DIRECTEUR.TRICE ADJOINT.E AUX VENTES
Relevant directement du directeur des ventes, nous recherchons un.e directeur.trice aux ventes doté d'excellentes compétences en communication et un sens aigu du service client. Si vous êtes passionné par le domaine de la vente automobile et que vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique et ambitieuse, nous vous invitons vivement à déposer votre candidature.

Salaire pouvant atteindre de
$75 000/an à $100 000/an

RESPONSABILITÉS
Accueillir la clientèle dès son arrivée en concession, offrant ainsi une expérience client.
Coordonner de manière proactive chaque étape du processus de vente, veillant à ce que les besoins des clients soient pleinement satisfaits
Effectuer des évaluations précises des véhicules d'échange, démontrant une expertise dans la valorisation des automobiles d'occasion.
Effectuer toutes les étapes nécessaires, afin de mener à la conclusion de la vente
Conclure les transitions avec habileté.
Autoriser les transactions conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise, garantissant un processus de vente fluide et sécurisé.
Assurer un suivi régulier des visites en concession avec les conseillers aux ventes.

SCOLARITÉ ET CONNAISSANCES
DEP en vente conseil ou une formation équivalente
Expérience pertinente dans le domaine
