On cherche un aviseur technique pour coordonner les réparations, satisfaire nos clients et garder les choses bien organisées !

Ton rôle en tant qu'aviseur technique :
Accueillir les clients : Par téléphone ou en personne, comprendre leurs besoins et les rassurer.
Coordonner les réparations : Ouvrir les bons de travail, suivre l'avancement des réparations et s'assurer que tout est conforme aux attentes des clients.
Facturation et suivi : Rassembler les éléments nécessaires à la facturation (heures, rapports, photos), et facturer les réparations dans les délais
Assurer la communication : Informer les clients lorsque leurs équipements sont prêts, coordonner les transports et collaborer avec l'équipe technique pour optimiser les délais.
En tant que candidat idéal, tu possèdes :
DEP en conseil technique en entretien et réparation de véhicules, dans un domaine connexe ou de l'expérience jugée équivalente
Connaissances mécanique, hydrauliques, électromécaniques
Connaissance du milieu agricole, de la machinerie, des tracteurs et des produits connexes, un atout
Aptitude marquée pour le service à la clientèle et la vente
Bonne capacité de mémorisation
Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques
Tu es :
Coopératif, enthousiaste et serviable
Rigoureux, organisé et efficace
Doué en communication
Courtois, à l'écoute et persuasif
Habile en calcul
Disponible pour effectuer occasionnellement un samedi avant-midi
