Nous recherchons
un(e)
superviseur(e) aquatique passionné(e) et expérimenté(e)
pour diriger et encadrer les opérations de nos parcs aquatiques. Au Village Vacances Valcartier, nous sommes engagés à offrir des services d'excellence tout en créant un environnement à la fois sécuritaire et agréable, tant pour nos employés que pour notre clientèle. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de développer vos compétences en gestion, tout en garantissant la qualité et le bon déroulement de nos opérations quotidiennes.
Vos responsabilités principales :
Gestion d'équipe
: Recruter, former et motiver les membres de l'équipe aquatique. Établir des horaires optimaux, évaluer les performances, et maintenir un climat de travail positif.
Supervision des opérations
: Garantir la sécurité et l'efficacité des opérations quotidiennes. Veiller à l'application des normes du Village Vacances Valcartier en matière de sécurité et à l'entretien des installations.
Satisfaction client
: Offrir un service client exceptionnel en résolvant les plaintes et en veillant à la satisfaction des usagers.
Sécurité avant tout
: Mettre en œuvre les mesures de sécurité (SST), surveiller les installations, et intervenir en cas de besoin. Veiller à l'application des politiques officielles de la Société de sauvetage pour garantir la sécurité des usagers.
Profil recherché :
Leadership
naturel et expérience en gestion d'équipe dans un environnement aquatique.
Certifications à jour
: Premiers soins général et sauveteur national option piscine.
Connaissance approfondie des
normes de sécurité aquatique .
Compétences en résolution de problèmes
et en gestion du temps.
Aisance à communiquer en français et en anglais.
