DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
En collaboration avec le/la superviseur.e, le titulaire de l'emploi est responsable de la coordination du travail d'une équipe, en plus d'effectuer les tâches opérationnelles.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
TÂCHES RESSOURCES HUMAINES
Veiller à la formation, répartition du travail, gestion des conflits, application des mesures de santé et de sécurité, MAPAQ, etc)
Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques, les normes, les procédures du VVV ainsi que celles du département;
Créer et maintenir un bon climat de travail;
Remplacer les dîners, les pauses, les congés et les absences, si nécessaire.
TÂCHES OPÉRATIONNELLES
Représenter le VVV dans le cadre de ses activités et s'assurer de l'entière satisfaction des clients;
S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des opérations;
Assurer l'approvisionnement des différents point de vente;
Préparer, effectuer et vérifier les dépôts et le balancement des caisses;
Accueillir et informer les clients sur les différents menus et produits;
Prendre les commandes, préparer les boissons et aliments et servir les clients;
Effectuer la vente de breuvages et aliments;
Procéder à l'ouverture et la fermeture des points de vente;
Agir à titre de d'influenceur/euse positif/tive auprès de son équipe;
Offrir un soutien au supérieur immédiat, lorsque requis;
Signaler toute anomalie à son supérieur immédiat;
Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.
