Aperçu du poste :
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Conseiller(ère) en ressources humaines dynamique et engagé(e), prêt(e) à jouer un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement de nos équipes opérationnelles à travers nos trois sites au Canada.
Véritable ambassadeur(drice) de notre culture, vous adoptez une approche innovante pour accompagner les gestionnaires et optimiser les pratiques RH sur le terrain.
Vous aurez un impact direct sur la mobilisation et l'engagement des employés, jouant un rôle clé dans l'évolution de nos équipes et la croissance de notre entreprise.
Votre expertise contribuera à bâtir un environnement de travail dynamique et performant, où chaque employé peut s'épanouir.
Responsabilités :
Accompagnement stratégique des gestionnaires:
Agir comme partenaire stratégique auprès des gestionnaires en les aidant à développer leurs équipes, optimiser leur leadership et atteindre leurs objectifs d'affaires.
Participer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques RH :
Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour optimiser l'efficacité des processus RH.
Soutenir la mobilisation des employés :
Mettre en place des initiatives favorisant un environnement de travail positif et de bien-être Coordonner le recrutement :
Recruter les meilleurs talents et leur offrir une expérience engageante dès le premier contact, en mettant en avant notre culture d'entreprise unique et notre vision innovante.
Gérer l'intégration des employés :
Assurer une intégration engageante des nouveaux employés, en développant des processus d'intégration adaptés aux exigences du terrain.
Gérer les dossiers d'invalidité :
Soutenir les employés dans leur retour au travail en veillant à une gestion proactive et humaine des dossiers d'invalidité, en partenariat avec les gestionnaires et les parties prenantes.
Gestion des accidents de travail :
Assurer le suivi des accidents de travail en collaboration avec la mutuelle et les gestionnaires.
Contribuer à des projets RH :
Participer activement à des initiatives stratégiques RH pour améliorer les processus, optimiser les pratiques et soutenir l'évolution de notre organisation.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance RH :
Élaborer des rapports et en faire l'analyse afin de soutenir les décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles.
Pilotage de la gestion de la performance :
Mettre en place des pratiques de gestion de la performance, assurant l'alignement des objectifs individuels avec la vision stratégique de l'entreprise.
Développement des compétences et de la formation :
soutenir le développement des compétences en identifiant les besoins en formation et en coordonnant les programmes pour favoriser l'évolution des employés.
Ce que nous cherchons :
BAC en ressources humaines.
Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines.
Être membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en RH du Québec (CRHA), un atout.
Permis de conduire pour te déplacer entre nos différents sites lorsque nécessaire Bilingue :
français et anglais (pour soutenir les opérations à l'extérieur du Québec) Solide expérience en mobilisation d'employés.
Expérience en recrutement.
Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) :
tu gères efficacement les priorités et les dossiers sensibles.
Expérience en gestion de dossiers d'invalidités.

Responsibilities :
Coach Managers Strategically:
Act as a strategic partner to managers, helping them to develop their teams, optimize their leadership and achieve their business objectives.
Participate in the continuous improvement of HR practices:
Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize the efficiency of HR processes.
Support employee engagement:
Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and well-being.
Coordinate recruitment:
Recruit the best talent and offer them an engaging experience from the very first contact, highlighting our unique corporate culture and innovative vision.
Manage employee integration:
Ensure an engaging integration of new employees, by developing integration processes adapted to field requirements.
Manage disability files:
Support employees in their return to work by ensuring proactive and personalized management of disability files, in partnership with managers and stakeholders.
Workplace accident management:
Monitor workplace accidents in collaboration with the mutual insurance company and managers.
Contribute to HR projects:
Actively participate in strategic HR initiatives to improve processes, optimize practices and support the evolution of our organization.
Monitor HR performance indicators :
Develop and analyze reports to support strategic and operational decisions.
Performance management steering :
Implement performance management practices, ensuring alignment of individual objectives with the company's strategic vision.
Skills and training development:
support skills development by identifying training needs and coordinating programs to promote employee development.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in human resources.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in human resources.
Member of Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR), an asset.
Driver's license to travel between our different sites when necessary.
Bilingual:
French and English (to support operations outside Quebec) Solid experience in employee mobilization.
Experience in recruiting.
Organized and thorough:
you effectively manage priorities and sensitive files.
Experience in managing disability files.
