Le mécanicien industriel travaille sous la responsabilité du Directeur de maintenance et chargé de projets, et en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres du département de la maintenance.
Il est responsable d'assurer le bon fonctionnement et l'entretien préventifs des équipements.
Tâches et responsabilités essentielles Procéder à la vérification, à la réparation, l'installation et à l'entretien (préventif) de toutes les machines et équipements ainsi que des bâtiments.
Démonter, nettoyer et assembler de l'équipement mécanique, hydraulique et pneumatique.
Effectuer le diagnostic des problèmes mécaniques, hydraulique et pneumatiques.
Participer au programme d'entretien préventif mécanique et sanitaire.
Être responsable de l'équipement et de la propreté de l'environnement de travail.
Fournir un support technique aux opérations.
Compléter les bons de travail.
Participer à l'analyse des défaillances et l'amélioration des opérations.
Remplir avec précision le bon de travail à la fin de chaque étape.
Compléter tout document selon les instructions et procédures.
Être détenteur d'un DEP en mécanique industrielle du ministère de l'éducation du Québec ou autre diplôme d'équivalence OU un minimum de 5 années d'expériences en mécanique industriel.
Posséder des connaissances en mécanique, pneumatique et hydraulique.
Expérience en soudure au TIG, à l'arc et au chalumeau.
Démontrer un grand niveau d'autonomie et de fiabilité dans l'exécution de son travail.
Avoir le souci du détail.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement à rythme rapide.
Bien différencier les couleurs.
Dextérité manuelle requise pour faire fonctionner des machines.
Certificat RCA (un atout).
5 à 10 d'expérience en milieu industriel (un atout).
Niveau de connaissance technique et/ou du système (élémentaire, intermédiaire, avancé, maîtrise complète) (un atout).
Posséder des connaissances de base en instrumentation, en électricité et en informatique (un atout).
