RESPONSABILITÉS
• Analyser les besoins & processus d'affaires des clients, en assurant la conformité des projets avec les objectifs de l'organisation.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour comprendre leurs besoins liés à l'activité de financement de titres & d'actions.
• Rédiger & présenter les livrables d'affaires de manière claire & concise aux parties prenantes (FrontOffice, MiddleOffice, BackOffice, Finance, Légal, Conformité, etc.).
• Documenter le cycle de vie de l'activité de financement de titres & d'actions (ex. : prêt/emprunt de titres, marché mondial des pensions).
• Contribuer aux analyses lors des phases de faisabilité, de conception &d'exécution d'un projet, incluant la collecte des besoins, les processus RFI & RFP, les processus actuels & cibles, les rôles & responsabilités, l'identification des parties prenantes & des risques.
• Assurer un bon arrimage & une intégration avec l'écosystème & l'architecture TI.
• Développer des stratégies de validation & assurer la maintenance des tests unitaires.
• Participer aux cérémonies agiles & contribuer à l'amélioration continue des solutions & de l'écosystème.
• Identifier des opportunités d'optimisation des méthodes & processus de travail, & documenter ces améliorations.
EXIGENCES
• Détenir un baccalauréat universitaire.
• 5 ans d'expérience en analyse d'affaires dans un contexte de projet de livraison de solutions technologiques pour le secteur du marché des capitaux.
• Expérience en gestion de solutions d'affaires de bout en bout, incluant les plateformes de négociation, la gestion des données de marché, la valorisation, le règlement, la comptabilité, le risque, etc.
• Bonne compréhension des TI & capacité à travailler avec une équipe agile.
• Excellentes compétences en communication & en présentation.
• Forte capacité d'apprentissage.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome & en équipe.
• Souci du détail & esprit critique.
• Leadership technologique démontré.
