Votre quotidien avec nous :
Procéder à la constitution, l'immatriculation, l'organisation, liquidation et dissolution des sociétés et effectuer le dépôt des documents corporatifs ;
Préparer et modifier divers documents juridiques en droit corporatif (contrats, réorganisations, dissolutions, conventions entre actionnaires, fusions, acquisitions, avis) ;
Assister les avocats dans leurs dossiers transactionnels (produire les agendas de clôture, préparer les contrats, rédiger les résolutions) ;
Analyser les documents de financement;
Effectuer les recherches juridiques au Registre foncier du Québec, RDPRM, plumitifs, Registraire des entreprises, etc. ;
Procéder au dépôt des publications et inscriptions au Registre foncier du Québec et RDPRM ;
Effectuer l'ouverture, le classement papier et électronique, le suivi et l'organisation des dossiers;
Apporter votre support et effectuer le suivi des dossiers actifs des avocats.
On veut absolument vous connaitre si vous:
Possédez un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en techniques juridiques ou toute autre formation pertinente ;
Cumulez de l'expérience dans un rôle similaire ;
Avez une bonne maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
Utilisez efficacement la suite Microsoft Office.
