Superviser les opérations de la salle à manger (Rioux & Pettigrew événements Blanche) Assurer un service fluide, attentionné et aligné avec nos standards Encadrer, former et motiver l'équipe de service Gérer les horaires, réservations, inventaires et rapports de fin de soirée Être le lien entre salle, cuisine, direction et clients Participer aux projets spéciaux et à l'évolution de l'entreprise Les exigences du poste :
