Superviser les opérations de la salle à manger (Rioux & Pettigrew + événements Blanche)
Assurer un service fluide, attentionné et aligné avec nos standards
Encadrer, former et motiver l'équipe de service
Gérer les horaires, réservations, inventaires et rapports de fin de soirée
Être le lien entre salle, cuisine, direction et clients
Participer aux projets spéciaux et à l'évolution de l'entreprise
Les exigences du poste :
Expérience significative en service et en gestion d'équipe (3 à 5 ans)
Leadership rassembleur, sens de l'organisation, autonomie
Bilinguisme (français/anglais), excellentes aptitudes relationnelles
Bonne connaissance en sommellerie, bières et mixologie
Capacité à garder la tête froide dans l'action et à prendre des décisions efficaces
