Votre rôle
En tant que Directeur(trice) de projets, vous serez au cœur de la gestion et de l'exécution de projets d'envergure dans des secteurs variés tels que le multi-résidentiel, le commercial, l'industriel et la haute technologie. Vos responsabilités incluront :
Prendre en charge des projets de plusieurs millions de dollars
Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi de toutes les étapes du projet
Gérer les budgets, les échéanciers et la qualité des livrables
Communiquer efficacement avec les clients, fournisseurs et équipes internes
Faire preuve de leadership pour mobiliser votre équipe vers l'atteinte des objectifs
Ce que nous recherchons
Formation : Diplôme collégial en génie civil ou un baccalauréat en génie du bâtiment, construction ou architecture Expérience : Minimum 10 ans comme chargé(e) de projets en construction Compétences clés :
Leadership et autonomie
Excellente gestion du stress et sens des priorités
Rigueur, rapidité d'exécution et respect des procédures
Facilité à communiquer et à travailler en équipe
Capacité à s'adapter à divers défis
