Description du poste Dans ce poste, vous aurez l'occasion de développer les ventes en accompagnant des marchands, en faisant du démarchage téléphonique, en assurant le suivi des commandes et en collaborant avec les équipes internes pour offrir un service rapide, humain et efficace.
Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :
Accompagner les clients au téléphone en leur présentant les produits et services ; Développer les ventes et les opportunités d'affaires avec les marchands ; Assurer un suivi rigoureux des commandes, des livraisons et des inventaires ; Collaborer avec les autres départements pour répondre rapidement aux demandes ; Préparer les soumissions pour les achats en grande quantité ; Promouvoir l'utilisation des outils numériques pour faciliter les commandes.
Exigences et expériences Détenir une formation en vente, marketing ou autre domaine connexe ; Expérience en développement des ventes ou en service client ; Bilinguisme français et anglais ; Détenir de l'expérience en matériaux de construction et/ou outillage sera considéré comme un atout.
