Trois-Rivières Sommaire de la fonction Sous la supervision du Directeur assurance qualité, le titulaire est responsable de vérifier les divers points critiques reliés aux opérations de production et de sanitation, de procéder à l'évaluation de la matière première et des produits finis en plus d'assurer les contrôles opératoires et d'assurer un support technique auprès de la production.
Vos responsabilités :
Responsable des contrôles opérationnels relevant de la qualité en s'assurant du respect des procédures établies ; Vérifier et/ou calibrer (étalonnage) les appareils des balances/ thermomètres/ sondes ; Effectuer les prélèvements microbiologiques ; Faire l'analyse des saumures et être en mesure d'effectuer les mesures correctives nécessaire ; Gestion des non-conformités quotidienne en jumelage avec le technicien assurance qualité ; Appliquer les mesures correctives lorsqu'applicable ; Veille en tout temps à la qualité-salubrité du produit ; S'assurer que les matières premières (épices et viandes) respectent les spécifications ; Fournir le service technique à la production ; Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences Technique en technologies agro-alimentaires, en diététique ou dans un domaine connexe, un atout ; Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et technologique; Expérience dans le domaine alimentaire industriel et connaissance des principes HACCP et/ou SQF serait un atout.
Aptitudes Dynamisme ; Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ; Bon jugement, autonomie, débrouillardise et disponibilité ; Facilité à travailler en équipe ; Facilité à communiquer de façon verbale et écrite.
