Notre client, un leader du milieu manufacturier sur la rive sud est à la recherche d'une adjointe exécutive dynamique pour participer activement à la croissance de la compagnie.

Responsabilités principales :
Gérer l'agenda du patron et planifier ses déplacements (voyages, réunions, etc.).
Organiser des réunions structurées, avec suivis clairs.
Coordonner les calendriers de vacances et les horaires de l'équipe.
Organiser des événements internes et externes (salons, fêtes, marketing).
Participer au processus de recrutement et à l'intégration des nouveaux employés.
Assurer la gestion de bureau :
tâches administratives, coordination des livraisons, suivi du stock, négociation avec les transporteurs, etc.
Déléguer les bonnes tâches aux bonnes personnes et superviser leur réalisation.
Faire un suivi rigoureux de tout ce qui touche au bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise.
Soutenir le patron en le libérant de toutes les tâches connexes pour qu'il puisse se concentrer sur la croissance.
Être le/la « go-to » pour tout ce qui touche la technologie :
logiciels, outils de productivité, automatisations, support à l'équipe.
Profil recherché :
Bilingue (français/anglais), à l'aise autant au téléphone qu'à l'écrit.
Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en tant qu'adjointe administrative.
Experience dans le milieu manufacturier, un atout.
Très bonne maîtrise des outils technologiques (Google, Office 365, CRM, etc.) et capable de former les autres au besoin.
Grand sens de l'initiative, débrouillardise et autonomie.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle dans un environnement changeant.
Leadership naturel, sens pratique et excellente capacité d'adaptation.
Pas de télétravail - la présence physique est essentielle pour le bon fonctionnement de l'équipe.
