• Ensure compliance with
• Provincial Pharmacy Regulations
• and
• Practice Standards
• Follow
• Provincial Drug Formulary
• and advise on regulatory changes
• Maintain
• patient confidentiality
• and adhere to
• Privacy Act guidelines
• Ensure
• compliance with NIHB Claims Submission
• Oversee
• store operations and pharmacy standards
• Lead and mentor
• pharmacy staff
• with training, support, and management
• Deliver
• patient-focused care
• , working alongside healthcare professionals and community agencies
• Foster
• strong relationships
• with Healthcare Centers, Nursing Stations, and Physician Clinics
• Identify

• to better serve the communityWhat We're Looking For:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist
• in a relevant Canadian province
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commitment to
• ongoing education
• and licensure maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous management experience
• (preferred, but not required)
• Experience with
• pharmacy software programs
• (Kroll experience is a plus!)
• Passionate about making
