• Your Role and Responsibilities
• As a Dental Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our patient care, where your expertise and compassion will shine. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the dentist during procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
• Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and providing essential post-operative care instructions.
• Performing basic laboratory tasks, such as pouring and trimming models, to support our clinical team.
• Scheduling patient appointments and meticulously maintaining patient records.
• Providing attentive chairside assistance during procedures to enhance patient comfort.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dental office environment.
• What We're Looking For
• Certification
• : You are a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), with Level II credentials preferred; Level I candidates will also be considered.
• Experience
• : While experience is an asset, we welcome both seasoned professionals and enthusiastic new graduates eager to learn.
• Skills
• : Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to thrive independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
