About the Role
As the Vice President of Marketing at Verosoft , you will lead global marketing efforts across strategy, execution, and performance. Reporting to the President & CEO, you'll oversee corporate, product, and partner marketing, as well as product management. Your mission is to position Verosoft as a market leader while driving growth, lead generation, and partner success. You'll manage a high-performing team, align marketing with sales and product development, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning :
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy covering digital marketing, SEO, social media, and partner/direct channels. Lead corporate positioning, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with executive leadership on growth opportunities and strategic alliances.
Team Leadership & Culture :
Manage, coach, and grow the marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and performance. Monitor team metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with Sales and Product Development to align strategies, enhance lead generation, and integrate customer feedback. Support channel/partner marketing efforts with enablement tools and resources.
Execution & Performance :
Oversee execution of marketing campaigns and communications (branding, PR, advertising, events, analyst relations). Manage the marketing budget and track KPIs to optimize outcomes.
Product & Market Leadership :
Lead product launches, sales enablement, competitive analysis, and support. Oversee product management (market research, pricing, lifecycle), and represent Verosoft at events, in the media, and with analysts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of senior-level marketing experience, ideally in the tech or software industry
Proven success in developing and executing global marketing strategies and leading high-performing teams
Deep expertise in digital marketing, partner/channel management, and lead generation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Experience integrating marketing with product and sales strategies for holistic go-to-market success
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
Willingness to travel as needed
