Fitch Ratings is seeking an Associate Director to join its Structured Credit group based out of our Toronto office location.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Analyze new ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models
Analyze transaction documents focusing on identifying credit risks
Prepare and present rating conclusions to the credit committee
Draft commentary reports on rating actions to inform market participants
Participate as a credit committee member for rating assignments in the Structured Credit sector
Contribute to regular and special research publications
You May be a Good Fit if:

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, or economics
You have at least 4 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with a focus on CLOs or Structured Finance
You possess strong analytical thinking, a deep intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail
You possess the ability to listen actively and integrate others' perspectives in a consensus-driven environment.
You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
You have a keen interest in capital markets and structured finance
You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
