• Managing a team of professionals with authority over personnel decisions.
• Contributing to the overall team budget/revenue objective of USD $ million.
• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and managing Model Audit engagements, following processes established by business lines.
• Developing and implementing policies, systems and procedures to improve the Model Audit function of our organization.
• Managing the quality of deliverables and ensuring that they meet internal standards and client requirements and ensuring that Model Audit best practices are adhered to at all times.
• Managing client relationships as well as forming long-standing relationships which help drive repeat business.
• Ensuring work plans are in place and followed including approach, test plan, quality control, and allocating resources as well as complying with outlined risk management procedures.
• Interacting with Global Stakeholders across the firm and maintaining high stakeholder experience.
• Managing the work in progress and cost controls for each project.Required Skills:

• 3+ years of senior managerial expertise as well as proven experience in financial modelling and consultancy services.
• 3+ years managing Model Audit engagements, developing test plans, quality controls, and risk management procedures.
• Experience in overseeing a budget/revenue objective of over USD $2Million.
• Deep understanding of industry regulations and standards, particularly in Model Audit engagements.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Required Education:

• A minimum of Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, a CFA or a related field.Benefits:
