The Solution Test Automation Manager will spearhead the strategy for end-to-end solution testing in a purpose-built cloud environment.
Your expertise will be pivotal in designing the infrastructure and automation necessary for comprehensive workflow and real-world scenario testing across our integrated product suites to deliver high quality medical software products.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the strategy for end-to-end solution testing, ensuring robust and reliable processes Lead and mentor a team of dedicated engineers, fostering a collaborative culture while providing hands-on technical guidance and support Design and implement the infrastructure and automation required for a fully automated workflow and load testing environment in Google Cloud Oversee the development and maintenance of a test management system encompassing load generation, data management, test automation execution, and reporting Facilitate collaboration with software development teams to integrate and support their automated testing suites, and work closely with the DevOps Engineering team to ensure smooth delivery of changes and environment maintenance You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading and guiding engineering teams 5+ years of experience in test automation and software testing in a cloud environment 5+ years of experience with test automation tools and frameworks, including implementation Proven experience in building and managing automated test environments Proficiency working within GCP, AWS or Azure Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Java, C#, Typescript Proven solid English communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with peers and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HIPAA compliance and the security of PHI data Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards as well as with healthcare workflows Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy The salary range for Canada residents is $98,900 to $205,500 annually.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
