Job Overview The Senior Manager of FP&A is responsible for enhancing the operational and financial effectiveness of departments and indirect expenses. This role involves extracting data from various systems, performing complex financial analyses, and providing narrative insights for management. It offers high visibility and influence over operational and G&A departments, supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities Manage FP&A processes and supervise staff.
Analyze financial actions and recommend policies and controls.
Forecast financial performance and liaise with shared services.
Prepare reports on budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and KPIs.
Collaborate with management on financial planning and analysis.
Research investment opportunities and perform related analyses.
Minimum Qualifications CPA Accounting designation.
Five+ years in a similar role or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial data effectively.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP, and BI software.
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary at $100,000 plus annual incentive bonus. Full-time with health, dental, and pension benefits. Fully on-site role.
