Healthy Planet is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to support sales and operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services efficiently, with a strong background in holistic health, nutrition, health and wellness, and customer service, and a passion for an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and meaningful conversations
Achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Collaborate within a team environment to meet customer and store expectations
Provide relevant information, guidance, and product recommendations related to natural health needs
Replenish and organize merchandise displays
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Adhere to company policies, regulations, and sanitation standards

Requirements

Knowledge of natural health products, including vitamins and nutrition
1-2 years of experience with health products is preferred
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Up-to-date knowledge of nutrition trends and health optimization
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and team members
Ability to multitask and adapt to business needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to move, stand, reach, and occasionally lift or climb
Enthusiastic, friendly, energetic, and service-oriented
Availability for varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
