This role is temporarily eligible for a pay premium above the posted salary range that is reassessed annually. Candidates are encouraged to discuss specific pay details with their recruiter. Responsible for cultivating the culture and community of Engineers, coaching on skills and performance, and advising engineers to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with technology strategies and industry standards. This includes planning, evaluating, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with standards.
