BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In this role, you will:

Be instrumental in managing the daily administrative operations of the branch
Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are met
Assist with the implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
Act as the first point of contact for clients arriving at the branch
Process cheques and documentation received from clients
Complete all non-online account management and shareholder communication
Maintain branch efficiency

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

We would love to work with you if you have:

Fluently bilingual in Spanish/English or Portuguese/English
Financial Industry experience preferred
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
