As an Analyst, Talent Business Partner, you will support the Talent team with information and process execution on a wide range of talent transactions and programs. Reporting to the Managing Director, Talent Business Partner, this role will be a key contributor in helping leaders deliver against their business plans through talent. This is a 14-month contract opportunity.

Accountabilities

Assist the Talent Business Partner (TBP) team with the execution of talent processes, seeking alignment, simplification, and scalability.
Provide support for off-boarding activities including handling administrative responsibilities pertaining to departures.
Use applicable systems generate reports (headcount, movement, open role, development etc.) and aggregate data and resources to enhance talent decisions and processes.
Collaborate with peers across the Talent Department (including Centre of Expertise / CoE colleagues) to ensure the effective and efficient execution of talent processes.
Connect relevant information from various sources to make insightful recommendations to the team on moderately complex issues.
Maintain understanding of changing internal priorities, as well as external regulations, to identify potential areas of vulnerability or risk and recommend improvements.
Contribute to Group and Department initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field
2+ year of relevant experience
Foundational knowledge of core HR principles and practices.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with familiarity in leading HR systems.
