Cumulus est à la recherche d'intervenant.e.s psychosociaux.ales passionné.e.s par la prévention des toxicomanies pour intervenir et assurer un leadership au sein d'un ou plusieurs milieux scolaires.

Ton rôle
Animer différents ateliers de prévention des toxicomanies en milieu scolaire;
Aider à diminuer la stigmatisation des consommateurs;
Faire de l'intervention précoce et référer au besoin;
Accompagner les partenaires de la communauté et des milieux scolaires.
Type de poste
• Contrat : mi-août 2025 à mi-juin 2026
• Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h
• Temps plein ou partiel (4 à 5 jours/semaine)
Rémunération
• Certificat en toxicomanies : 24,75 $/h
• Diplôme en relation d'aide : 24 $/h
• Étudiant.e en relation d'aide : 23 $/h

Depuis 1995, Cumulus agit auprès des jeunes pour prévenir les toxicomanies, avec comme piliers des valeurs fondées sur l'empathie, l'ouverture et le respect. L'approche préconisée par l'organisme est la gestion expérientielle, une approche qui a pour objectif de permettre aux individus de réfléchir à la meilleure façon de vivre leurs expériences Notre quotidien : animer des ateliers dynamiques et intervenir de manière proactive, principalement en milieux scolaires.
Profil recherché
• Diplômé.e ou étudiant.e en relation d'aide (psychologie, travail social, psychoéducation, etc.)
• Responsable, autonome et fiable
• À l'aise pour animer devant un groupe
• Capacité à entrer en relation avec des adolescent.es
• Bonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit
• Certificat en toxicomanie (excellent atout)
Lieux d'intervention
Nous intervenons dans plusieurs arrondissements de Montréal : Hochelaga, Ahuntsic, Ville-Émard, VMR, Centre-ville, West Island, Outremont, Lasalle, Lachine, etc.
