We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, demand planning, and inventory management for our growing Canadian beverage alcohol portfolio.
Reporting to the General Manager, Distillery Operations, this role ensures seamless alignment between market demand, supply capability, and brand growth objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in CPG supply chain operations, preferably with experience in regulated categories like beverage alcohol.
Key Responsibilities Procurement Source and negotiate contracts with raw material suppliers (e.g., glass, closures, labels, liquid, etc.) and co-manufacturers.
Manage relationships with vendors and ensure timely materials delivery to support production schedules.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Ensure supplier certifications and compliance with Health Canada, provincial regulations, and liquor board standards (where applicable).
Expedite orders as required and ensure a steady flow of inventory to enable the product to be available for all liquor boards Demand Planning Initial implementation of formal S& OP process across all product lines.
Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S& OP) process to align cross-functional forecasts.
Analyze sales trends, promotional calendars, and market data to produce accurate demand forecasts.
Measure and improve forecast accuracy through analysis of historical order patterns, seasonal and promotional periods, pricing strategies, product life cycles, customer strategic plans and consumer trends.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance to incorporate new product launches and distribution expansions into planning cycles.
Maintain forecast accuracy metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Inventory Planning & Management Develop and maintain inventory models to optimize stock levels across warehouses and distribution points.
Monitor inventory turnover, safety stock levels, and aging inventory to ensure efficient flow of goods.
Coordinate production planning schedules with internal and external manufacturing partners.
Oversee third-party logistics relationships and ensure timely product availability across provinces.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or related education.
A minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role Excellence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills in Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, Countifs required.
Must be able to build and maintain complex Excel tables/files.
Working knowledge of SOS Software is an asset.
Knowledge of ERP/Supply chain systems is a must.
Strong analytical skills grounded in a solid understanding of demand planning, forecasting and inventory management.
Solid understanding of demand planning, forecasting and inventory management Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills Strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to advocate for demand needs across the broader team.
Ability to achieve key stakeholder buy-in across the organization Sound judgment and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Industry knowledge is an asset.
Understanding of demand planning software will be an asset.
Preference for bilingual (French/English) Physical Demands of the Job:
