VOICI LES PRINCIPAUX DÉFIS QUI VOUS ATTENDENT :
Effectuer l'assemblage, la numérisation, le classement et l'archivage des états-financiers et des déclarations fiscales;
Recevoir, imprimer et déposer divers documents via le portail client ou en personne;
Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des signatures de nos clients (électroniques ou en personne), relativement à leurs dossiers en cours;
Assurer une communication avec les clients et répondre à leurs diverses demandes;
Produire des projets de facture;
Gérer la base de données des clients;
Produire et mettre en page certains documents et réviser la qualité linguistique;
Compléter et transmettre des formulaires gouvernementaux;
Communiquer avec les autorités fiscales;
Assister les membres de l'équipe dans leurs diverses tâches administratives;
Participer à la gestion du bureau : effectuer certains achats, gérer les places attitrées, etc.;
Remplacement occasionnel à la réception (accueil des clients, répondre au téléphone, gestion du courrier, etc.);
Toute autre tâche connexe.
LE PROFIL IDÉAL DE NOTRE FUTUR(E) COLLÈGUE :
Formation en secrétariat/bureautique et/ou expérience pertinente (atout considérable);
Connaître les principes et bonnes pratiques en service à la clientèle;
Esprit d'équipe et excellente capacité de communication en équipe;
Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
Bonnes compétences en informatique (Suite Office);
Capacité à prioriser les tâches selon leur importance et leur urgence;
Connaissances générales de la comptabilité (atout);
Être disponible pour effectuer des heures supplémentaires durant la période achalandée au besoin (saison des impôts).
• Étant donné qu'une partie de notre clientèle est anglophone, il est essentiel que le ou la candidat(e) possède une maîtrise de l'anglais pour assurer une communication efficace avec les clients.
