• Manage cash flow and treasury operations to optimize resources and mitigate risks.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and office administration team.
• Partner with the executive team to align financial operations with strategic goals.
CPA designation with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and advanced knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in project-based accounting, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Done Safely without Compromise company culture and approach to every project.
