The Manager - Business Operations and Change Management will play a pivotal role in our organization, with a focus on business operations, business analysis, and change management activities.
They will lead initiatives to optimize business processes, develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
The manager will interface with all levels of management and staff to ensure that changes are smoothly and effectively implementedResponsibilities include:
Develop and implement change management plans, coach and mentor staff through the change process, and communicate plans to stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in.Develop training programs to help employees adapt to changes and evaluate the success of change management initiatives.Perform data and cost analysis to identify areas for improvement, generating actionable insights using Excel, and creating comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-makingSupport other internal Strategic Category Management teams and other stakeholders for ad hoc projects and analysesLeverage and interpret commodity data from multiple sources (Market research e.g.
IHS, Mintec; local regulations, commodity tracking databases, web search) to analyze impact on product costs.Act as a thought-partner for the merchant teams on issues related to commodity pricing; be the subject matter expertSupport with various business and tech related initiatives to drive strategic projectsQualifications and Skills:
