Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our teams in Halifax and St. John's. This individual will serve as a key advisor to site managers and leaders, fostering strong relationships while ensuring compliance with HR best practices. The HRBP will play a critical role in managing industrial relations and partnering with demanding unions, requiring exceptional autonomy, confidence, and leadership capabilities.
