Our client, a well-established and respected trucking and transportation company, is currently seeking a full-time Terminal Manager for their facility in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Reporting to the Director Operations - Atlantic Region, the Terminal Manager will oversee all operational aspects of Transport and Courier services, ensuring optimal efficiency and on-time service delivery.
In this leadership role, you will guide terminal staff, fostering a culture of excellence while prioritizing customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, controlling costs, and maintaining high productivity standards to achieve operational goals.
With a focus on employee engagement and quality service, you will play a key role in enhancing the terminal's overall performance while promoting a safe and inclusive workplace.
