We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to lead safety initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader to ensure compliance, drive safety culture, and manage risk.Location:
North York, ONKey Responsibilities:
Supervise Health & Safety Coordinator and foster a safety-first culture.Ensure compliance with OHSA, WSIB, CSA, and MOL regulations.Lead audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.Develop and maintain safety programs and policies.Coordinate and deliver safety training and engage with employees on-site.Monitor key safety metrics and report to management.Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.Certifications in WHMIS, First Aid, CPR required.
CRSP or CHSC is an asset.Strong communicator, organized, and able to work independently.Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
