Sous la responsabilité du directeur des finances, le contrôleur sera chargé de diriger l'organisation dans les domaines de la comptabilité, de la paie et de l'information financière. Le titulaire du poste est responsable de tous les aspects de l'établissement de rapports comptables et financiers précis et en temps voulu dans le cadre de l'ASPE, de la budgétisation, des états financiers mensuels, de la planification et de l'analyse financières, ainsi que de la préparation des rapports destinés à la direction générale et à l'actionnariat.

Fonctions essentielles du poste :

  • Planification et gestion à court et long terme de l'équipe comptable.
  • Établissement de rapports généraux sur le compte de résultat.
  • Supervision de la fonction de paie.
  • Présentation de rapports financiers précis et en temps voulu.
  • Communication des états financiers mensuels et annuels.
  • Préparation des budgets et des prévisions.
  • Analyse et gestion des flux de trésorerie.
  • Réalisation des missions d'examen de fin d'année avec les auditeurs externes.

  • Flexibilité pour faire face à des situations/priorités changeantes et résoudre les problèmes au fur et à mesure qu'ils évoluent.
  • Il est indispensable de faire preuve d'un esprit de formation continue et d'une capacité à utiliser/apprendre des solutions technologiques dans l'exécution de son travail.
  • Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est un atout.

Ils doivent également posséder l'expérience et/ou la formation suivantes :

  • Un diplôme universitaire pertinent et un titre comptable professionnel (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) sont obligatoires.
  • Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience démontrée en gestion financière.
  • Capacité à gérer une équipe afin de répondre aux exigences financières quotidiennes de diverses parties prenantes.
  • Expérience de la direction de missions d'audit/examen de fin d'année avec des comptables externes.
