Le Représentant des ventes - Région Montréal + Rive-Nord est appelé à développer et entretenir des relations avec les nouveaux clients ainsi qu'avec les clients actuels sur un territoire défini.
Il travaille avec ses pairs sur l'ensemble du territoire de vente de l'équipe afin d'atteindre le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité prévue.
Responsabilités principales Créer et maintenir un plan d'affaires efficace qui se traduit par la réalisation d'objectifs de ventes et d'autres indicateurs clés de performance.
Ce plan comprend un volet distinct pour chaque client principal.
Planifier et exécuter les appels aux clients qualifiés afin de bâtir des relations à long terme ainsi que d'induire des préférences d'achat.
La liste des clients qualifiés inclue les distributeurs, plombiers, entrepreneurs, constructeurs, promoteurs, architectes, designers et autres influenceurs clés.
Travailler efficacement avec les pairs, les équipes à l'interne et le gestionnaire afin de promouvoir une approche de vente globale pour l'équipe, par le biais par exemple de pratiques de communication régulières :
Formation des produits, mise à jour des listes de prix papiers et électroniques, le suivi des commandes, le suivi des appels de service, effectuer les retours de marchandises et toutes pratiques nécessaire au développement des affaires et soutien de la clientèle.
Fournir une analyse et un rapport hebdomadaire des activités sur le territoire de ventes et un rapport mensuel des prévisions de ventes.
Assister aux événements de promotion appropriés et assister nos clients dans les salons professionnels dans l'industrie.
Exécuter toutes les tâches assignées au territoire de ventes.
Gérer efficacement les frais de vente.
Profil Diplôme d'études collégiales; Minimum de 5 à 10 années d'expérience pertinente, dans les ventes en gros lié au domaine de la construction ou dans un rôle à la spécification.
Expérience en plomberie un atout; Forte aptitude dans les communications orales et écrites, en français et en anglais incluant une habileté à faire des présentations; Succès passé démontré en ventes, exercice du leadership et travail d'équipe.
Accepte d'être sur la route de 70% à 80% de son temps.
