Relevant du gestionnaire de l'équipe 'Fit', le Technicien en Ajustement travaille en collaboration avec les équipes de production et de vente afin d'assurer que les vêtements que nous produisons atteignent les standards attendus de nos clients.
Développer et corriger les spécifications de tailles de production sur les Tech Packs
Assister à la création des Tech Packs
Faire des corrections et des recommandations claires afin que les fournisseurs comprennent bien les changements nécessaires
Assister à la formation continue des membres juniors de l'équipe
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Technicien en Ajustement
Expérience avec des vêtement pour enfants (atout)
Avoir un diplôme en design de mode ou dans un domaine relié
Être compétent dans les suites MS Word et Excel
Bilingue (Francais et anglais)
Ce poste exige une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit, car vous devrez communiquer régulièrement et quotidiennement avec nos clients et nos fabricants à l'extérieur du Québec
Excellent sens de l'organisation, bonne gestion du temps et des priorités (prendre des mesures de fit, inspecter des vêtements, etc.)

The Fit Technician will work in close collaboration with the sales and production teams by taking detailed fit & spec measurements, making product recommendations and corrections in order to ensure that the clothing we sell has the best possible fit.
Write corrections and recommendations clearly and concisely in order to be understood by overseas suppliers
Train, supervise and develop Junior Fit Technicians
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Fit Technician (import experience preferred)
Experience with kids garments (an asset)
Have a diploma in fashion design or a fashion-related field
Be bilingual (French and English)
This position requires you to be proficient in spoken and written English, as you will need to communicate regularly and daily with our customers and manufacturers outside of Quebec.
Be proficient in MS Word and Excel
