Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de production et/ou du chef d'équipe, le titulaire du poste effectue différentes tâches manuelles menant à la fabrication de divers produits de rembourrage et de finition de bois.
RESPONSABILITÉS:
Faire le garnissage, l'assemblage de composants rembourrés et la finition des articles rembourrés;
Différencier les matériaux de recouvrement;
Utiliser les outils de rembourrage;
Appliquer les règles de santé et de sécurité;
Appliquer les règles du contrôle de qualité;
Exercer son métier après que le meuble a reçu une préparation par des assembleurs(euses) des tailleurs(euses), de mêmes que des couturiers ières);
Maintenir le matériel et les outils en bonne ordre;
Faire l'inventaire;
Exécuter l'ensemble de ses tâches, en respectant les délais et selon les résultats attendus;
Soumettre à son supérieur immédiat, toute amélioration au processus de travail dans le but d'optimiser le travail;
Respecter et appliquer les méthodes de travail et règles de sécurité convenues;
Utiliser et remplir toute la documentation nécessaire au suivi des travaux selon les règles en vigueur ;
Partager ses connaissances avec les autres membres de l'équipe;
Accomplir différentes tâches connexes en vue d'atteindre les objectifs fixés par l'entreprise;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à la demande de son supérieur immédiat.
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
Salaire : selon l'expérience à partir de 20.94$;
Plage de travail quart de jour: du lundi au jeudi de 7h à 16h30 et le vendredi de 7h à 12h;
• Expérience en milieu manufacturier (un atout);
• Savoir utiliser un gallon à mesurer (un atout).
• Bonne dextérité manuelle;
• Rapide;
• Minutieux;
• Responsable et autonome;
• Débrouillard.
