Fuel Transport est en pleine expansion et est à la recherche d'un (e) Spécialist(e) de la paie pour notre bureau situé à Lasalle, QC.
En tant que spécialiste de la paie, vous serez au cœur des opérations, assurant la gestion fluide et précise des processus de paie pour tous les employés.
Vous collecterez, vérifierez et traiterez les données de paie avec rigueur, en respectant scrupuleusement les politiques internes et les réglementations légales.
Rejoignez notre équipe et contribuez à maintenir l'excellence opérationnelle en matière de paie dans notre organisation dynamique.
Traiter la paie des salariés et des employés horaires au Canada et aux États-Unis.
Calculer et traiter les ajustements salariaux, les heures supplémentaires, les indemnités de départ ou d'autres paiements spéciaux pour plusieurs groupes de paie, conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise et à la législation en vigueur.
Délivrer des relevés d'emploi (RE) et répondre aux demandes de renseignements de Service Canada.
Assurer la conformité de la paie en collaborant avec les unités opérationnelles internes afin d'aligner le traitement de la paie sur les politiques de rémunération de l'entreprise et les exigences légales.
Gérer les avantages sociaux des employés pour les groupes américains et canadiens, y compris l'inscription, les résiliations, les modifications et le rapprochement des factures.
Fournir les rapports de paie et les détails nécessaires au département des finances à des fins comptables.
Équilibrer la paie de fin d'année, distribuer les feuillets RL1/T4/W2, émettre les formulaires T2200 et vérifier les TD1, les résumés de paie et les gains.
Soutenir le département des ressources humaines en ce qui concerne les demandes de renseignements sur la paie et tous les processus commerciaux stratégiques et les gains d'efficacité.
Analyser les données et préparer des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels et de fin d'année sur les salaires, les heures, les régularisations et les retenues.
Agir en tant qu'expert départemental en ce qui concerne les politiques de paie, la comptabilisation du temps et les meilleures pratiques.
Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins (par exemple, répondre aux questions des employés et entreprendre des projets spéciaux selon les besoins).
Un DEC en comptabilité ou un baccalauréat en finances, avec expérience dans un domaine connexe, est un atout.
Certification professionnelle, accréditation Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) est un atout.
Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le traitement de la paie pour des entreprises au Canada et aux États-Unis.
Solide connaissance de la législation canadienne et américaine en matière de paie, des normes d'emploi, des règles fiscales et des processus de déclaration de fin d'année.
Maîtrise d'Excel (VLOOKUP et tableaux croisés dynamiques).
Bilingue anglais-français.
La connaissance d'une autre langue est nécessaire pour ce poste car le candidat sera obligé d'interagir et de communiquer avec des clients, des fournisseurs et des collègues à travers l'Amérique du nord.
La compréhension du processus de configuration des codes de rémunération et de déduction dans le système de paie est un atout.
