Parajuriste, services financiers - Paralegal, Financial Services - MTL
Effectuer et résumer des recherches dans divers registres publics (REQ, RPMRR, Corporations Canada, Loi sur les banques, OSB, SOQUIJ, CIPO, Registre foncier).
Participer aux clôtures de transactions, à la conformité réglementaire et à la rédaction de documents juridiques.
Se concentrer sur le travail transactionnel dans le domaine des services financiers, incluant la révision de documents, la gestion de transactions et la communication avec les clients.
Communiquer avec les clients et soutenir les avocats seniors dans la gestion des dossiers.
Fournir un encadrement aux membres juniors de l'équipe, au besoin.

Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en travail transactionnel (niveau intermédiaire à senior).

À l'aise avec Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et les bases de données juridiques.

Is a national business law firm with a collaborative culture
Conduct and summarize searches across various public databases (REQ, RPMRR, Corporations Canada, Bank Act, OSB, Soquij, CIPO, Land Registry).
Participate in deal closings, regulatory compliance, and drafting of legal documentation.
Focus on transactional work within financial services, including document review, transaction management, and client communication.
Contact with clients and support senior lawyers in managing files.
Provide mentorship to junior team members as required.
