Notre client, une entreprise stable et réputée basée à Anjou, se spécialise dans la fourniture de solutions innovantes qui optimisent la fabrication et le transport des produits de manière économique et sécuritaire. Ils sont actuellement à la recherche d'un contrôleur pour rejoindre leur équipe et assurer le bon fonctionnement de leur département comptable. Responsabilités :

- Préparation et présentation des états financiers mensuels à la direction, incluant l'enregistrement des écritures de régularisation et l'analyse de ces états pour justifier les écarts.

- Liaison avec les comptables externes (canadiens et américains) pour les missions d'examen et de compilation des états financiers annuels.

- Production des rapports réglementaires pour Revenu Québec et Revenu Canada, tels que les rapports TPS/TVQ et DAS, ainsi que les rapports annuels.

- Production des déclarations de taxes de vente dans les états américains applicables.

- Gestion des transactions inter-compagnies.

- Réalisation des conciliations bancaires.

- Transmission d'informations financières à la direction et superviser un commis-comptable.

- Calcul des paies.

- Administration des assurances collectives et des cotisations au régime de retraite (REER).

Profil recherché :

- Expérience d'au moins 3 ans à un poste similaire ou dans un cabinet comptable.

- Titre CPA requis.

- Polyvalence et adaptabilité dans un environnement multi-logiciel.

- Capacités d'initiative et de résolution de problèmes.

- Solides compétences en Excel.

- Connaissance des Normes Comptables pour les Entreprises à Capital Fermé (NCECF).

Atout:

- Maîtrise des logiciels Netsuite (Oracle), QuickBooks, et Cameleon.

They are currently seeking a skilled Controller to join their team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their accounting department. Responsibilities:

- Preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements to management, including the recording of adjusting entries and analysis of these statements to justify discrepancies.

- Liaising with external accountants (Canadian and American) for annual financial statement review and compilation engagements.

- Production of regulatory reports for Revenu Québec and Canada Revenue Agency, such as GST/QST and payroll tax reports, as well as annual reports.

- Production of sales tax declarations in applicable U.S. states.

- Management of intercompany transactions.

- Performing bank reconciliations.

- Providing financial information to management and supervising an accounting clerk.

- Calculating payroll.

- Administering group insurance and contributions to the retirement plan (RRSP).

Desired Profile:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in an accounting firm.

- CPA designation required.

- Versatility and adaptability in a multi-software environment.

- Initiative and problem-solving skills.

- Strong Excel skills.

- Knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).

Asset:

- Proficiency in Netsuite (Oracle), QuickBooks, and Cameleon software.
