Join Fairstone Financial as a Financial Consultant in Loan Solutions.

A typical day includes:

• Supporting customers and prospective customers via phone and in person to provide excellent service.
• Assessing loan applications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Following credit policy rules closely to ensure risk parameters are maintained.
• Gathering necessary loan information.
• Selling our loan and protection products.
• Closing loans both virtually and in person.
• Following up on past-due customer accounts.
• Handling cash controls, including accepting payments.
• Engaging in personal training and development to enhance the customer borrowing experience and build trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent (asset).
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

• At least 1 year of experience in loan underwriting or financial institutions.
• Experience with loan origination software.
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
• A positive, supportive attitude to foster a gratifying work atmosphere.
