Client Relations Manager Department: Sales
General Manager
This is a salaried role with bi-weekly pay and health benefits after 3 months of employment.

Pinnacle Event Rentals is a full-service event infrastructure company based in Manitoba, serving clients across Canada. We specialize in high-quality event rentals - from tents, staging, and furniture to luxury washrooms, signage, and full-scale event logistics. Whether it's a wedding, corporate gala, trade show, or festival, we deliver the infrastructure and the team to make it happen.
We're known for being reliable, fast, and easy to work with. Our brands - including VIP Portable Washrooms, Graphic Factory, and Limitless Events - are built to support every part of the event experience.
In 2025, we're opening a second location in Winnipeg to support our growing client base and better serve large-scale events across the Prairies.

The Client Relations Manager drives growth through client acquisition, market development, and relationship management. This role balances strategic planning and operational oversight, including managing the Rental Coordinator, to ensure an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry through execution.
This is primarily an office-based role with in-person sales calls and client communication.
Monday to Friday, regular business hours
Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH (after 90-day training)
WFH may shift based on client or event needs
Evening/weekend work may be required
WFH is a privilege and may be revoked based on performance
Advise clients confidently on Pinnacle's inventory and services
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Oversee the Rental Coordinator and ensure customer service standards
Maintain client relationships through proactive site visits and communication
Assist operations on-site during events when needed
Work with marketing on campaigns and materials
Maintain CRM accuracy and generate reports
Track and report on key sales/service KPIs
Generate quotes, proposals, and contracts with internal teams
Close deals to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
Provide on-site event support for logistics and client expectations
Support onboarding and transition from sale to execution
Share client feedback and market trends with leadership
Monitor project budgets and timelines when needed
Willing to support operations during peak times
Proficient in CRM and Google Suite
Class 5 driver's license
~2+ years sales or business development
~ Can lift 50 lbs occasionally for site visits or setups
~ Comfortable managing customer service and operations
Education in business, marketing, or related field
