About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Process Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, integrate AI/ML tools, and streamline business processes using workflow automation capabilities.

What Your Daily Work Looks Like

Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows for business processes (e. g. , data integration, CRM updates, ERP syncs, notifications)
Integrate AI/ML APIs (e. g. , OpenAI, NLP, document processing) into automation workflows to enable intelligent automation
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable solutions
Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows for performance, reliability, and security
Troubleshoot issues, monitor workflows, and ensure seamless operation of automated processes
Document workflows, train end-users, and provide technical support
Stay updated on AI tools, and automation best practices

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields
3+ years of relevant experience in business process automation (RPA, workflow tools)
Hands-on experience with automation workflow platform n8n, Dify, Make or other Automation Platform
Experience in API integration, webhooks, and low-code/no-code frameworks
Proficiency in scripting (e. g. , JavaScript, Python, or JSON) for custom logic
Solid understanding of automation and process optimization principles
Knowledge of Python for advanced automation scripting
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Familiarity with Generative AI
Excellent Communication Skills and Ability to work both Independently and Collaboratively
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Fluent in English both verbal and writing
