We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Global Ethics and Compliance Investigator to join our Pratt & Whitney Legal Team!

This will be a Hybrid opportunity based out of our Longueuil, Canada campus location.

What You Will Do:

As an experienced investigator, you will provide critical support to the Lead Counsel, Global Investigations for the Global Ethics and Compliance organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team player with strong organizational skills and vast experience conducting investigations.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Assist with and conduct investigations regarding allegations of employee misconduct, including alleged corporate policy violations and unlawful activities.
2. Assist with investigations and subpoena responses involving law enforcement.
3. Assist in managing investigations including (but not limited to) research, document retrieval and production, discovery management and interface with company and outside counsel in support of the same.
4. Primary responsibilities include designing and drafting investigation plans, reviewing documents (including emails, chats, instant messages, expense reports, etc.), conducting witness interviews, writing interview memorandums, and writing investigation reports.
5. Coordinate with other areas/departments of the Company where overlap exists to develop efficient procedures/communications to streamline processes and satisfy various department needs.
6. Extensive travel might be required in support of investigations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

1. Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in work experience conducting investigations; OR an Advanced degree and 10+ years of work experience conducting investigations.
2. Proven experience leading projects.
3. Management and organization of client and internal department documents and processes in electronic format; launching and maintenance of data sites.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
6. Task oriented, analytical, organized, detail oriented, self-motivated; the ability to work as part of a team and multi-task is essential.
7. Demonstrated ability to work as a strong contributor in a team environment and able to interact with all levels of staff and management.
8. Outstanding interpersonal skills a must (both written and oral) with the ability to professionally and collaboratively address and resolve issues.
9. Ability to use independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of issues.
10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is vital.
11. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-discovery tools.

Qualifications We Prefer:

1. Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Longueuil, Canada.
2. Prior federal or local law-enforcement investigative experience.
3. Ability to travel in support of investigations.
4. Experience with briefing senior leadership on investigative findings.
5. Experience with creating investigative plans.
6. Experience in objective report writing.
7. Extensive Investigative and interviewing experience.
8. Experience in collaboration across multiple investigative disciplines.
9. General understanding of the contracting process.
10. Familiarity with Export Control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.
11. Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
12. Familiarity with the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
