Responsabilités principales
• Bâtir et mener la stratégie de l'entreprise dans la gestion de comptes majeurs.
• Identifier et saisir les opportunités de développements d'affaires avec ses clients.
• Gérer la performance à l'aide de KPIs, et mener les présentations d'affaires aux clients.
• Suivre régulièrement la progression des projets auprès des gestionnaires fonctionnels de l'entreprise.
• Définir les plans de redressement, identifier les risques et le chemin critique, et atténuer les impacts.
• Contrôlé la valeur acquise au fur et à mesure de l'évolution du projet (budget dépensé par rapport au travail accompli).
• Contrôler l'achèvement du projet jusqu'à la facturation.
Profil idéal:
• Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en ingénierie (aérospatiale), en administration des affaires ou dans un autre domaine connexe, ou autre domaine connexe.
• Dix (10) à vingt (20) années d'expérience pertinente en aéronautique.
• Fortes aptitudes en relation interpersonnelles et en service à la clientèle.
• Connaissances techniques pertinentes de la maintenance d'aéronefs.
• Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à gérer de multiples projets de réparations et de fabrication.
• Certification PMI/PMP, un fort atout.
• À l'aise dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
• Bilingue français et anglais.
