TES RESPONSABILITÉS
• Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques des équipements de production et du bâtiment;
• Effectuer l'entretien préventif et correctif des machines;
• Participer activement à la conception et l'installation des nouvelles lignes de fabrication;
• Travailler avec l'équipe pour optimiser les équipements et améliorer l'efficacité de production;
• Effectuer des ajustements et des modifications sur les systèmes électromécaniques pour maximiser la performance des machines;
• Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des instruments et systèmes automatisés;
• Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et l'équipe d'ingénierie pour l'achat et l'installation des équipements;
• Maintenir à jour l'inventaire des pièces et assurer la gestion des équipements de remplacement;
• Participer à la mise en œuvre des activités en santé et sécurité au travail, notamment sur la sécurité des machines et le cadenassage; LE PROFIL IDÉAL RECHERCHÉS
• DEP ou DEC en électromécanique, mécanique industrielle ou domaine connexe;
• Expérience de 5 ans + dans un environnement manufacturier scierie, fabrication deproduits de bois;
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électromécaniques;
• Expérience e lecture et interprétation de schémas mécaniques et électriques;
