Le Groupe Medway, un promoteur immobilier spécialisé dans le domaine de la santé, offre des services intégrés au Groupe de Médecine Familiale (GMF) et est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur (trice) de projets - Immobilier.
Votre quotidien avec nous :
Agir en tant que représentant du propriétaire auprès des professionnels et des entrepreneurs généraux.
Concevoir, bâtir et vivre avec des bâtiments d'envergure.
Gérer des projets immobiliers d'une valeur comprise entre 10,000,000 $ et 75,000,000 $.
Livrer un bâtiment pour les clients internes, qui sont les gestionnaires immobiliers.
Assurer la planification, le développement, la coordination et le contrôle de projets résidentiels et commerciaux, en garantissant leur rentabilité et leur conformité avec les échéanciers, les budgets et les standards de qualité.
Qualifications requises :
Expérience avérée en tant que représentant du propriétaire.
Compétences solides en gestion de projet dans le secteur immobilier.
Être disponible pour des déplacements.
