ADJOINT(E) AUX ACHATS
Vous avez le souci du détail, un bon sens de l'analyse et vous aimez être au cœur de l'action? Nous avons le poste parfait pour vous! En tant qu'adjoint(e) aux achats, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fluidité de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement. De la relance des fournisseurs à l'analyse des rapports d'achats, en passant par le suivi des stocks et des ruptures, votre rigueur et votre efficacité contribueront directement au bon fonctionnement de notre service. Si vous aimez allier tâches administratives et coordination logistique, ce défi est pour vous!

Tu seras responsable de :
Remettre des réservés en disponibilité sur demande ou bien à partir du rapport de rupture de stock;
Effectuer des ajustements de paramètres ou blocage dans le système suite à la demande de la directrice;
Effectuer la mise à jour ou la création de tableaux de comparaison de prix suite à des modifications de prix des fournisseurs;
À partir du rapport quotidien, compléter les numéros de feuilles de prix sur les items temporaires dans les commandes d'achat passées la veille;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Ton profil :
Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires
Détenir diplôme en secrétariat ou en bureautique (un atout)
Bonne connaissance des logiciels internes (Mincron, Excel intermédiaire)
Bonne maitrise du français et de l'anglais autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Avoir un esprit analytique et une rapidité d'exécution
Entretenir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles
Aimer le travail de recherche et de précision
