Pour poursuivre sa mission, la Ville de Sherbrooke est à la recherche de deux techniciennes ou techniciens en approvisionnement pour se joindre à l'équipe de l'approvisionnement du Service des technologies de l'information.
DÉFIS PROPOSÉS
Relevant du chef de division de l'approvisionnement, vous serez en charge de mandats variés.
Notamment, votre rôle sera de conseiller les requérants en matière de biens et services susceptibles de rencontrer leurs besoins. Vous analyserez des devis afin de préparer des appels d'offres conformément aux dispositions légales et à la politique d'approvisionnement en vigueur dans le but d'identifier le mode de sollicitation à privilégier dans un marché compétitif. Vous analyserez les soumissions reçues afin de recommander celle offrant les conditions les plus avantageuses en regard des critères de l'appel d'offres.
On vous reconnaît pour votre esprit d'analyse, votre jugement et votre esprit de persuasion. À vos habiletés de communication et de négociation s'ajoute une excellente connaissance des aspects légaux relatifs à l'élaboration, la réalisation et l'exécution des contrats ainsi que des principes et de la réglementation applicables aux appels d'offres. Vous maîtrisez Excel et certains systèmes informatisés de gestion d'approvisionnement et d'inventaire.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
• Vous détenez un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en techniques de comptabilité et de gestion;
• Vous comptez au moins 5 années d'expérience pertinentes reliées au domaine de l'emploi;
• On vous reconnaît pour votre esprit d'analyse, votre jugement et votre capacité de persuasion;
• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de certains systèmes informatisés de gestion d'approvisionnement et d'inventaire.
