Depuis sa fondation en 1979, la Coopérative Forestière de Girardville se spécialise dans la gestion durable des ressources forestières.
Sous la supervision du surintendant santé, sécurité et environnement, vous serez chargé(e) de promouvoir, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, les valeurs de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.
Prévention des accidents de travail :
Vous serez responsable de la coordination des initiatives de prévention dans tous les secteurs de l'organisation, afin d'assurer la sécurité des employés et de minimiser les risques d'accidents.
Vous serez aussi responsable de l'implémentation des pratiques liées à la gestion environnementale.
Participation aux comités et réunions :
Vous préparerez et participerez activement aux réunions internes, telles que les comités de santé et sécurité, pour assurer un suivi efficace des actions à entreprendre.
Respect des lois et des normes :
Vous assurerez que l'ensemble des opérations de l'organisation respecte les lois, réglementations, normes et politiques internes en matière de santé et sécurité au travail, ainsi que les certifications environnementales.
Conseil interne en santé, sécurité et environnement :
Vous agirez en tant qu'expert-conseil auprès des différents secteurs de l'organisation pour toutes les questions relatives à la santé, la sécurité et l'environnement.

Formation :
DEC en environnement, hygiène et sécurité au travail, ou toute autre formation pertinente dans le domaine, ou encore une combinaison d'études et d'expérience dans le secteur.
Compétences informatiques :
Maîtrise de la suite Office et bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques.
Aisance à animer des formations et à communiquer devant un public.
Permis de conduire valide :
Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer vers les camps forestiers (déplacements environ une fois par mois).
Horaires flexibles :
38 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, horaire de jour.
Régime de retraite (REER ou CELI) :
Contribution de l'employeur jusqu'à 3 %, dès l'embauche.
Un véhicule est fourni pour vos déplacements vers les camps forestiers, ou vous pouvez utiliser votre propre véhicule avec remboursement des frais de déplacement.
